Refund Policy
At Starglide Rentals, we strive to provide exceptional event rental services and ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with their booking experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or credits may be issued for cancellations, changes, or issues with our rental services. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid. Cancellations made between three (3) and six (6) days before the rental date are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the rental date are not eligible for a refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@stargliderentals.com with your order details.
If equipment is damaged, defective, or missing at the time of delivery, you must notify us within twelve (12) hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement, partial refund, or credit toward a future rental. Refunds will not be issued for issues reported after the event has concluded unless there is clear evidence of equipment failure that occurred during the rental period and was not caused by misuse or negligence.
Refunds will not be granted for no-shows, missed deliveries due to inaccessible locations, or the client’s failure to provide accurate delivery information. Late returns may result in additional charges, which will be deducted from any potential refund or charged to the payment method on file. If a booking is canceled by Starglide Rentals due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events, we may offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, or payment processors.
