Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, and all prices are listed in the applicable currency at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
When renting equipment, you agree to handle all items with reasonable care and to return them in the same condition in which they were received, aside from normal wear and tear. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during your possession, and additional charges may apply to cover repair or replacement costs. Late returns may result in extra fees as outlined in our rental agreement. Starglide Rentals retains the right to charge your payment method on file for any unpaid fees or damages.
Delivery and pickup times will be arranged in advance, and you are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and reasonable access to the delivery location. Missed or failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
You agree not to sublet, resell, alter, or misuse the rented items in any unlawful or hazardous manner. Our equipment is provided for legal and safe use only, and Starglide Rentals will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse or negligence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or equipment.
We may update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice, and the updated version will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
